DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
The creation, storage and management of project documents becomes child's play. ArchX.Doc uses wizards and parameters for naming files. The module provides an overview of all communication and documents, including photos and designs.
CONTACT MANAGEMENT
All of your valuable contact information is centrally stored in a dossier. Each contact can easily be linked to one or more projects. The contact module contains the basic information. ArchX.Doc makes it possible to add multiple addresses, and enter titles and contact types. Benelux postal codes are included standard in ArchX.
CALENDAR MANAGEMENT
ArchX.Doc includes an integrated professional calendar. All of your calendar data remains synchronised. The ArchX.Plugin also allows you to work directly in MS Outlook. Calendar items are easily linked to the corresponding projects.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Detailed project information is stored in an orderly format. Each project is given a unique number and a reference that you determine. You can choose from diverse project types such as construction dossier, study dossier, energy dossier, claims adjustment dossier …
