Time entered is linked to the correct project phase with pre-entered cost and tariff rates. You can further specify which hours are included in the fee, identify time that is over budget but not billable, and agreed out-of-contract hours that are subject to additional invoicing.
ArchX supports the administration of project staff who contribute with different employment statuses, both on a temporary and permanent basis.

Since 2006, we have been using ArchX with full satisfaction. Over the years, we have seen how the team behind ArchX is constantly improving and expanding the software. Within our office — with 36 employees — working without ArchX has become almost unthinkable.

All the data you store in ArchX Cloud is in a multi-tenant database. This database is on redundant infrastructure in one of the Amazon AWS data centres and is replicated up to three times across other global data centres.
As a result, we are always sure that your data cannot be lost. In addition, we take daily backups of all data.

Yes, ArchX Cloud can be used on any device via a standard web browser and via Mobile data, WiFi or fixed internet connection
ArchX Cloud complies with the most stringent standards, including European GDPR legislation.
ArchX will only use your customer data to provide the agreed services and for purposes that are compatible with providing these services. We don't share your information, nor do we collect it for marketing or advertising purposes.
When you terminate the service, we will take the necessary steps to ensure that you remain the owner of your data.

In our Product Terms, ArchX contractually commits to go through specific procedures when a customer terminates a cloud service or when the subscription expires. This includes removing customer data from systems that are managed by us.
When you terminate a cloud subscription or when it expires (excluding free trials), ArchX stores your customer information under a feature-limited account for 90 days (the “retention period”) to give you time to retrieve the data or renew your subscription. During this period, ArchX will send you multiple notifications, so you will be warned multiple times that your data will be deleted after this period.
After this 90-day retention period, ArchX will disable the account and delete customer data, including backups and cached copies.
When customer data is hosted in ArchX's multi-tenant cloud service environments, we take careful measures to logically separate customer data. This helps to ensure that each customer's data remains separate and secure. This also prevents one customer from having access to another customer's deleted data.
